Terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and/or place orders for items from Hair Loss Ireland. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

You may phone us on 353 1 539 5021. Telephone calls to and from Hair Loss Ireland may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.

You buy goods from us on the understanding that in some products (mostly liquids) there may be some leakage due to the pressure a bottle with liquid may have. The leakage is normally minimal and therefore will not warrant a refund

Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 working days.

The period of 14 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 14 working days. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

Returns/Refunds
You may return **most items, in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging by Post. To return please e-mail hairsolutionsireland@gmail.com or call 353 1 539 5021 and we will send you a returns information. Goods ordered by mistake are non refundable as our products are clearly categorised and marked by appropriate image and description.

Any associated returns charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
Please note we are not responsible or liable for any delay in receipt of your goods due to weather related problems, Acts of God or issues with An Post/DPD/Royal Mail and any other couriers.

Any shipping charges when we send the goods to you will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued once goods have been returned and fully inspected to make sure you have adhered to the terms of returning the goods.

We cannot issue refunds if there has been some leakage this sometimes can happen due to pressure in bottles we assume you are aware and accept this as part of our terms.

PLEASE NOTE: Our shippers DPD will text you on the day of delivery if you fail to respond to the text message giving you a one hour delivery time from the text message goods will be returned to us. We will then cancel your order or if you wish to have the order resent you will have to pay additional shipping.

Prices

All prices on this website are shown in Euro. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in Euro.

Usage
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic/personal use only and are considerd as personal products. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment as we also have a wholesale supply service.

If you do have a complaint please e-mail us at hairsolutionsireland@gmail.com or call 353 1 539 5021 Hair Loss Ireland welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

Law
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the law applicable to this agreement are the laws of England,Wales and Northern Ireland.

** Most items are non returnable for many reason's ie, health and safety reasons.
Sealed canisters as we cannot tell how much if any of the goods in the canisters you may have used and if this is the case and the product is not damaged then we cannot resell it. Some items that are deemed as non returnable unless damaged are as below
